This is the fifth time we have stayed at Mill Valley. We even decided to stay an extra day as we just weren't ready to go home! We stayed in the woodland cabin and it was toasty warm and very comfortable. The bed in the cabin makes for an incredibly comfortable sleep and we slept soundly every night. As it was fairly quiet, our three pooches were able to spend a lot of time sniffing around the site and running free. We visited some new places and again we're amazed at how beautiful that part of the country is. Neil and Lisa were fantastic hosts as always. Mill valley is a rustic and back to basics experience that is completely relaxing. We can't recommend it enough.

An awesome weekend staying in Romantic Vardo.. Real character, real comfortable and real warm (perfect sized woodburner).. Lisa & Neil are super friendly and had it all covered - including the burner all loaded and ready to go when we arrived. Location is great for whole of Cornwall - we tripped to Eden Project, St Ives and Watergate Bay; all easy drives

I cannot recommend this beautiful place enough. A true slice of tranquility and peace in a wonderful setting. My wife and I visited with our dog. We were welcomed by Lisa and Neil who were lovely, friendly and helpful hosts. Our yurt was toasty and warm, nothing quite like the sound of raindrops on the roof as a stew bubbles away on the stove and the dog snoring next to the fire! Everything from building a fire for hot water for a bath to listening to the owls on a night and the river nearby, this place is a true gem and we will be regular visitors from now on.

Elm Tree Yurt was quirky cosy and a perfect size for my husband and I and our two children. Set in an idyllic location, the whole site was full of artistic little sculptures and details, plus the amazing craftsmanship of the wooden cabins. We loved it and will definitely be back!

We stayed here as two couples and two dogs in September. We had the Pixie Yurt and the Woodland cabin. I was really surprised and happy to find out how dog friendly the place was on arrival and Lisa and Neil met us on arrival and were great hosts!

Both yurt and cabin were lovely and cosy and we really enjoyed the wood burners and BBQs, we also heated water and had baths which was lovely.

The only small negative I could find was that the huts were not very clean, very very dusty and a bit muddy. This is back to basics and not 'glamping'.

Overall we loved it and hope to be back :)
