“Within 15 minutes of arriving, we were already planning our next visit!?”
Reviewed June 25, 2014 for a stay in May 2014

Very well equipped, well thought out property, renovated to a particularly high standard. We travelled with two infants and perfect for walking into Padstow including the prams (its all level after the first part). Wonderful location. Could not recommend it more and and will definately be staying again.

“A luxurious escape”
Reviewed November 14, 2013 for a stay in October 2012

Some friends and I, all with children (babies and toddlers) stayed here for what was our 4th time (that in itself says a lot about the appeal of the place!).

It's perfect for bigger groups and the subtle catering for children is fantastic. From the built in stair gate to the range of Blu-Ray films, Wii and board games galore it's clearly been done with families in mind.

The 2 lounge areas means that there's opportunity to enjoy a glass of wine and a catch up with the adults, safe in the knowledge the children are across the hall playing Mario Karts.

I'd definitely recommend this to friends and indeed I love the place so much I've finally written a Trip Advisor review!

“Everthing You Could Need”

This is truly an outstanding property due to its location and the manner in which the barn has been fitted out. Being upside down, with the bedrooms downstairs, it makes getting the suitcases in through the front door an easy task and this leaves the upstairs with views from the main living room of the Camel Estuary and Padstow in the distance.

The cottage is well equipped, with two large screen TV's and small TV's in the bedrooms, assuming you ever have a need to watch them. The kitchen and dining area are well suited to large groups/family and the beds, linin and supplied towels are just what you would expect in your own home.

This cottage is ideal if you want a little solitude away from the crowds, but close enough to walk into Padstow along the Camel Trail for the restaurants, pubs and shops. Funny enough, because of the position of the cottage, it takes about the same amount of time to drive into Padstow and park as it does to walk.

The cottage was clean, well equipped and can't fail to give you a holiday to remember. I've stayed here twice now and I can only recommend it as a great place to stay.

“EPIC WIN - Even better than it looks!”
Reviewed May 27, 2013 for a stay in May 2013

Stunning cottage, decked out with everything you could possibly want and more. Amazing decor, great layout and lovely and quiet. Takes about 20-30 mins to walk into Padstow and there's a bit of a hill but great views on the way. Thoroughly recommend it!

“What a great place and so close to Padstow”
Reviewed November 5, 2012 for a stay in October 2012

The house is set in a great location with easy access to the camel trail. A little scary to get to for a novice but the instructions are spot on.

When we arrived there was a pumpkin and biscuits a great treat. We had a caretaker for any emergencies.

The house was very spacious with a large adult lounge, the kitchen/diner contained everything for family meals and candlelight for special dinners. The house was lovely and warm with under floor heating in the bathrooms. The bedrooms were all well sized even with a cot.

There was definitely enough to keep the kids entertained with the computer and games units. Due to the two rooms you could give yourself some space from too much hustle and bustle.

Padstow was only 6 miles away and Wadebridge was about 5. Eden project took about 40 mins definitely a good place to visit when so close. Even though it was colder there was plenty to see and do.

Would love to go back again, great for two small sized families parking for at least 3 cars.
