“Stunning and unforgettable”

From the start to the finish the owner will do his best to ensure your stay is a memorable one. Very helpful, very friendly and very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas. Another wonderful bonus is the enthusiasm and willingness to assist of the house manager who genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay.

We went to Yeo with a large group consisting of all age groups to celebrate a surprise birthday party. The drive into the property is amazing and the main thing that strikes you is how secluded the property is. The grounds are stunning, green everywhere you look with the sound of running water nearby. At night time when you look into the sky you will be able to see thousands of stars, a rarity if you are from the city!

The inside of the house is very well presented. All the luxuries of a modern house but with elegant touches of a traditional farm house, the balance is just right. Rooms are spacious and comfortable which is all that you can ask for.

All in all this is a must see place. Very hard to imagine a better place to stay and have as a base for seeing South Devon and its surrounding areas.

“Real Jewel in South Devon”
Reviewed July 29, 2011 for a stay in July 2011

The Location is perfect. Large farm house with huge area of land surrounding it. The accommodation for 8 people was very comfortable with large kitchen and living area and spacious bedrooms. Chirs who manages the property was very helpful about everything on the farm and things to do locally. The river which flows through the property has a large pool which is suitable for swimming in. While cold, it is very invigorating and was very refreshing at the end of a days activities. Local shops, restrants and bars are only accessable by car. Overall we had a great week in Devon and would have no hessitation in recomending this accomadation.
