A charming and fascinating house in a good quiet location just a few minutes walk uphill to the village and pub.
Amanda and Michael greeted us each time we returned and were the perfect hosts.
The rooms are very nice, spotlessly clean, and the bed is top quality and ever so comfortable. The breakfast choices are endless and will set you up for the day.
The 4 of us all agree that Harrabeer Country House is a lovely place to stay.

We were greeted with tea and scones on arrival which was very welcome and unexpected. Our stay was lovely, the accommodation was very comfortable and clean. There was an excellent choice for breakfast. Michael and Amanda were very friendly and helpful during our stay. We would recommend Harrabeer Country House and look forward to a return visit.

As I said to the previous writer - I do apologise for not replying sooner - you got through the net too! The mini cream tea is a way of making you welcome and giving you a little tate of Devon in to the bargain! We shall hold you to a return visit!! Best Wishes.

Tea and scones on arrival. Short walk up the hill to local pub. Conveniently situated on the edge of Dartmoor for walkers and 20 minute drive to the maritime city of Plymouth.
Nothing too much trouble to marvellous hosts Amanda and Mike. Sadly stayed only one night but we will be back.

Amanda and Mike were absolutely fantastic hosts, the hotel was clean and beautifully laid out and traditional and Amanda's cooking was amazing.
I would most definitely come here again as the area around it the moors of Dartmoor were breathtaking as I drove through and wish I could have stayed longer.
