This small cafe produces in-house fresh bread so what else do you need to know. Well...for a small cafe it's pricey....a bowl of soup at £5 because its home-made does not make sense to me...if its home-made soup its simple, cheap, quick, filling and tasty, try £3 a bowl is my suggestion. The re-cycled pallet shelving, displays and furniture is a little bit over whelming for such a small space but they've gone for the 'organic-recycled, fairtrade, hippy-look' which is fine...it matches the food...which is okay.

Visited this place today with a friend and our small children. Friendly staff and a cute little book corner for kids. The chocolate brownie was amazing and gooey in the middle, so many freshly made cakes to choose from and the sweet dough 'swirls' are amazing too! The only reason I haven't given a 5 star is that I feel the products are quite expensive, but delicious nonetheless.

This is a small family business run by mum Avis and daughters Autumn and Sorrel. From little acorns to a big oak tree the girls have worked very hard to make this a warm and welcoming bakery/ cafe. You can often see them making the goodies that they sell and Avis has come up with some wonderful fillings for her bread swirls both savoury and sweet. A pleasure to sit in this warm and friendly place. Her take away cups are also fully comfortable to ethics to.

Cycling along the Drakes trail we happened upon this lovely Bakery at the top of Yelverton. You choose your roll then take it to the counter and tell them what filling you want. The bread was fresh and the fillings we had very tasty. The tea is provided in generous sized pots and was good quality. The staff were friendly and efficient. A lovely experience.

A small but perfectly formed coffee shop/ bakery with great treats both savoury and sweet. Take away or eat in. Only thing, ask for salad in your roll if you want it.
