We took friends here last year and enjoyed it enough to go back. What a difference. I made a reservation three hours before we went, but when we arrived they had no booking. The drinks order was taken but only three turned up, the fourth drink didn't. The customer had to go and get it from the bar. The naan breads were like lethal weapons. My husband snapped his and flakes flew across the table. By the end of the meal I wish I had used mine to slice my wrist, it was certainly crisp enough. One meal had a piece of raw chicken in and this was the second bite. They took it away and offered something else which was refused. Later they brought back the dinner, with the chicken washed on a plate to show her, it was only one raw piece. Never in my life have I come across anything like this. They again asked if she wanted another meal which she refused. We asked for the bill and were still waiting 1/2 an hour later, so we decided to walk out and pay on the way. They presented the bill, which still had the uneaten meal on. We refused to pay. The bill was finally adjusted. As we left the building the girl on the desk asked us if we had enjoyed our meal and when I said, "Sorry, no not really" She replied, "LOVELY, have a nice evening" and turned back to her screen. It is a shame as I had recommened this restaurant before but not now.
