“The best of Barmouth!”
Reviewed February 25, 2014 for a stay in August 2012

I visited Barmouth with friends for a long weekend in the summer and we were lucky enough to stay in one of the Bod Idris apartments. The location is ideal as it overlooks the beach so the sea views are incredible. The property itself was spotless and it's very well decorated throughout. We all felt very at home here and I look forward to revisiting sometime in the near future.

“Fantastic Seaside Getaway”
Reviewed February 25, 2014 for a stay in July 2013

We stayed here with a group of friends in the summer last year and had a great time. The flat is really spacious, well equiped and have great views. The beds are all really comfy, the rooms are well laid out and there is plenty of space for 6 people. The kitchen is also really well equiped to cook if you want, or have a lovely stroll down into the town for some amazing fish and chips!

“Beautiful views to wake up to”
Reviewed February 25, 2014 for a stay in May 2013

I have stayed at Bod Idris many times and have always had a great time and never want to leave.
The views of the estuary are beautiful even when the weather is bad.
The flats offer everything you need and are really comfortable and cosy to be in. It is great for larger groups as well.
A short walk down the road and there are good some pubs and restaurants and great walks along the promenade.

“Peaceful retreat with stunning views”
Reviewed February 25, 2014 for a stay in August 2013

This is a lovely place to stay with absolutely breathtaking views. You are only a few steps from the gorgeous bay and just a few more to the convenience of the small town. There was plenty of room for our group to relax at Bod Idris together. Thank you very much!

“Wonderful apartment with amazing views of the Estuary”
Reviewed February 24, 2014 for a stay in December 2013

My wife and I along with some friends, stayed at Bod Idris over New Year. The apartment was clean and spacious, with very comfy beds, good kitchen facilities and friendly owners. The only problem was deciding which of us got the front double bedroom to take advantage of the amazing views over looking Barmouth estuary! We had some amazing walks in the welsh hills, and some great laughs in the local pub, only a stones throw away! We had a wonderful time!

“Beautiful view overlooking Barmouth Bay, home away from home!”
Reviewed February 24, 2014 for a stay in August 2013

A group of friends booked Bod Idris for a long summer weekend break. The weather was stunning all weekend, and Bod Idris was in a fab location, right on the cliff front, with beautiful view over the bay. The apartment we stayed in catered for 6 of us, plenty of room, with nice large welcoming rooms. The owners clearly have put a lot of care and time in doing the place up tastefully, it really did feel like a home away from home. The local pub down the road was lovely, full of locals and some great Ales to try. There is so much to do and explore around Barmouth, perfect we some good sea air and wholesome activities, we hired bikes for a day and went for some nice walks! But I think you can also canoe in the sea. Would recommend to any of my friends.
