This is a large hotel, but very evocative looking like a caravanserai. Wonderful artifacts decorate the interior. The rooms are large and very warm and comfortable and we also had a buffet dinner and breakfast here which were both extensive in the offerings and delicious. Unfortunately we only stayed here one night--it was such a welcome shelter after a long drive from Fas.

After a long drive from Fes, we stopped here. There are several other places that seem about the same in Erfoud. Our room was big. The buffet dinner and breakfast fine. The staff friendly. It looked like a great pool, but we were there in February. Camels in front were kind of fun (in the corner). Not brilliant but a pleasant place.

If you ever decide to spend a night, or a few, in the Sahara Desert, make sure to get fully rested at Hotel Chergui. Our one evening prelude to our desert visit was rewarded by stimulating conversation with Ribwane at the front desk. He made our seemingly simple stay one to remember. The hotel is run by a very organized and tentative staff.

Thank you very much for the amazing welcome with mint tea and desserts. Also for the wonderful fiesta with traditional music. Very clean rooms, amazing and tasty food. Traditional taste! But do something with wifi and please smile a ltl bit more at the reception

Everything about this hotel’s architecture and decor fits with the region. The second floor room was quiet, spacious, the bathroom huge with a separate shower room. It was too cold to use the beautiful pool but it looked inviting. I was delighted to come across camels in a corner of the parking lot during an early morning walk. Buffet breakfast and dinner were plentiful and interesting. I would have loved to stay longer.
