Crosswinds calls itself a Swiss luxury resort but the reality is far from it. The check in process was a crawl. The lobby has the look and feel of a 3 star hotel. Food served at the breakfast buffet was leftovers from the night - who serves grilled chicken and lechon kawali in the morning? Their salad was made of repolyo you would put in nilaga. I can go on and on. They don’t even have a trolley for moving luggages. Theirs is a kitchen side table on wheels. Sad. So very sad.

Dear JCA747,

Thank you for sharing valuable feedback regarding your recent stay. We appreciate the comments that you share with us because they keep us continually focusing on improving our services for your better appreciation and satisfaction.

The only meal we serve is breakfast since we do not have a restaurant onsite. All food items are, therefore, freshly-prepared each day by our dedicated F&B staff and all ingredients are carefully picked and delivered several days each week to ensure freshness. Apart from the regular breakfast items we have accustomed to love, our F&B staff prepares other viands to offer guests a variety of choices especially on days when we have international guests staying with us. This year, we have made several changes to our ala carte menu and to our mini-buffet menu cycles because we want to meet the growing and discriminating tastes of our valued guests.

We apologize that our spread on the day you stayed with us did not meet your expectations and be assured that we will endeavor to continue improving our selections. On the check in, due to restriction in space, the reception area could be very busy at registration time and it is because of this that we try to hasten the procedure to reduce the waiting time. On most instances, when the hall at the other tower is available, we use it as an alternative area for registration to ensure the convenience of our guests.

We would like to make it up to you and are now working on the changes to improve on the abovementioned areas. We shall then look forward to another opportunity to show you a difference in our services!

Sincerely,
Becky Coquia

"The way to a customer's heart is much more than a loyalty program. Making customer evangelists is about creating experience worth talking about."

It's our second time to be back there at Crosswinds. There are some improvements and downside in their guest/customer service this time but my family and I still love the relaxing place but not the service anymore.

They improved in terms of the rooms, they got 3 towers that everyone can stay into. Some amenities got a little improvement.

I am still thankful to those people who attended all our needs and make our stay better. To Mr. Den, Mr. Buena, Mr. Alex, Mr. Joed and Mr. Glen all your service was still the same. I also got the chance to meet new people who helped us. Thank you Mr. Mark and Mr. Jamil for your good service. Your service is way better during the holidays. You are busy yet you pay really attention to all of your guest. I think the last time we stayed is like November. My father was asking for Mr. Bonifacio and Ms. Rose, he talked with them the last time they stayed there without me. He is saddened by the thought that those good and hospitable employee wasn't working in there anymore. I also talked with Ms. Rose the last time we stayed since she directed us to our room. I am hoping for a better improvement of the guest service but it doesn't improve at all, it kinda worsened, some of your staff at the frontliners (not just the front desk agent but also the guard and your people in fnb department) is not that attentive and friendly. Whether you are on peak season and mid off season if you are a frontliner you need to be attentive in every guest that is going in and out of the hotel. You let me see that your service is way better during holiday and everyone is busy rather than just the ordinary days.

Crosswinds is still my favorite place in Tagaytay! We are saddened that it's not a bit feel home away from home.

We will be back to see some improvements and I hope you keep up the good improvements Crosswinds Family!

Our plan is to visit my sister in Tagaytay. We always pass thru casile in cabuyao and we tried to stop and check out what this place could offer. We saw restaurants and coffee bean right in front of the highway. Not satisfied with the few food resto we tried to check out other parts of the place. We were surprised they had a small park and with christmas setting. Of course, we had the opportunity to take our pictures here. This is like Baguio in Tagaytay. It's so peaceful and relaxing ambiance,

A little dated but clean and functional.

The hotel is quite a drive from the main highway, yes you're not lost, yes it's those buildings. Check in took some time, but staff were helpful.

Parking is limited, you park by the roadside, which could be steep.

Not a lot to do inside the resort except walk around and sleep. The "viewdeck" doesn't have much of a view, the advertised 365 days of Christmas shops closed. But everything looks nice in photos. Highly instagrammable.

Breakfast buffet was great, but they did say it would be made available only when a certain capacity of the hotel got booked.

Overall, good for a night in Tagaytay. Sleep there, take photos, spend your time elsewhere.

Dear jaafgie,

Thank you for sharing valuable feedback during your recent stay!

We appreciate that you have taken the time to let us know about your experience. Parking is really along the road for now until the developer designates an area for this purpose. There are some more spaces at the back of the towers where parking is also available and the areas are flat ground. The Christmas Village is currently closed and opens only during the Christmas season.

Crosswinds prides itself in being nestled amidst lush nature for guests to take in the quiet solitude of the place. It is a go-to for those who are stressed from the weekday frenzy as there are no distractions to keep their minds & bodies busy.

We hope you can still consider us again if you need a place to spend quiet time as a retreat or just bond with family & friends.

Sincerely,
