I ordered their tapas--- meat was tender and delish! It was a big serving so I have to order another cup of rice. I super love their hot, brewed coffee erved in a coffee press mug---it was like 2 to 3 cups so I really enjoyed sipping it first thing in the morning in cold, breezy Tagaytay.

Food presentation is worth the price. Taste is superb. Sumptuous breakfast indeed. You can take a tricycle to this place however May not be that accessible for too old since stairs is the only way to get down. Eating area is situated in a garden spot as well.

Had a chance to try this place out this dec. Its got a very reasonable priced menu compared to others. My wife had the tinapa with unli sinangag rice while i had the steak and eggs. Not bad at all, if youve had too many trips to bag of beans. No view but real cozy and quiet.

You are likely to miss it from the road as you have to go down to get there. It's on the left side coming from Picnic Grove intersection and is the main restaurant of a Chateau Beatrice. While the food is good (though limited when we tried it) and prepared deliciously worthy of an Instagram there is much left to be desired in the surrounding. For one - the dining area is al fresco but there is no view and a downer considering this is Tagaytay. Food was served rather slowly but as said it was a treat. But one can imagine if this was peak hour and a holiday. Sadly, this is not ideal for the elderly and for PWD.

The restaurant opens at 7 in the morning and serves Filipino and American breakfast. They serve wonderful-looking, wicked, wicked waffles. You might have some trouble locating the restaurant though as it is not elevated, you have to descend a flight of stairs before you get there but the place is truly a gem. My friends and I had our brunch here after our morning trek in Taal. We were famished and had to wait for 30 minutes for the food to be served which was fine because we had already avoided the long queues in other restaurants, we had the restaurant all for ourselves. I think this place is good for introverts and for meetings over a cup of coffee. It was really peaceful and quiet, you can even choose to eat on this wooden table underneath a tree, so zen. The Wicked Waffle is just right beside Aroma Apartelle and Lee Boutique Hotel. It is the restaurant of Chateau Beatrice.
