While we loved the Hotel and food, Hard Rock had now decided that reservations for restaurants are highly recommended not mandatory. The problem is the information has not been passed to the hostesses at the restaurants. They are turning people away if they do not have a reservation. You are suppose to be be able to be put on the waiting list and given a pager. I am a member and other members have asked for clarification from management at the Corporate Level. They have not given us information for months on how they are going to rectify this confusion and tell us what the real deal is. This has become a real issue. At different resorts reservation desks open at 7am and others at 9am.

We loved this resort the feel is relaxed and for such a huge resort its perfect. It has a great transportation system to get you from the beach to your room or from the casino to dinner. The people here are happy and caring. We love the beach here it's a massive clean sprawling clean sandy ocean front. The reef keeps the w as ve down and the staff here are wonderful. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Nice enough property, but entirely too large. There are golf carts to get you around, but typically you need to wait awhile for one. About 3 of the nice restaurants are ocean side, while the others are lobby side, with buildings of rooms in between, so plan to walk a lot or lose time waiting for a golf cart. The property is older & sadly, we had issues with little black bugs in our bathroom. Staff are very friendly & food is good for an all inclusive. Did not care for the beach...ocean is rough. Few miles south of this property is Bavaro Beach & the ocean is calm, almost like a lake due to barrier reef about a mile offshore, so spoiled to this type ocean. Lol

Room Tip: Try to get ocean front building.

Visited for 4 days, 3 nights and found most everything to be slightly better than average. Stayed in a double Caribbean suite with my son as part of a large group celebrating high school graduation. Rooms were very comfortable with nice bedding and a really large and well-appointed bathroom especially for two people. Much of the food, though not all, was average and a chicken parm at one of the restaurants was the worst but the wines were drinkable which was not the case in the one other all-inclusive I stayed at. Good amount of restaurants and bars so we never waited for anythg. The resort is huge but that meant uncrowded beaches albeit long walks. The surf was rougher than other places I’ve been in Caribbean since it is on the ocean side of the island but it was awesome and great to swim in. The pools and outdoor areas were very nice and very well-maintained. The whole “unlimited resort credit” is a racket but nobody forces you to use it (and the 20% fee charged is basically equal to the price you would normally pay for the service e.g. a $250 massage in resort credit costs $50 out of pocket, etc) and the massage was great and the spa very nice. Would definitely come here again w a group.

The best All Inclusive Resort in Punta Cana.

Everything in just on place, The People, The Food, The Activities, The Rooms, everything was Wonderful.

Best Choice to go with Familly, Casino, Dicotheque, Golf....
