Extremely dissapointed with this hotel. The staff needs to be trained properly, they don't have a clue of what is going on, very unhelpfull. The food, drinks and rooms are a complete mess. Don't waste your money or time!

Perfect place for high school or college kids for their spring break. Entertainment from lunch time through late night. Lots of activities to keep everyone busy. Huge place, overwhelming and takes almost a week to really feel where everything is located. They do have golf cart shuttles which helps get you around.

The entertainment alone has been worth this trip. The dancers (Evelyn, Vladimir) were so personable and kind. The energy was so real. Our server, Rosa, kept us hydrated and fed. And Dj Johnny Pop kept the music flowing. Had a great time today!

The Hard Rock in PuntaCana was everything we could hope for. I highly recommend it, and we did book our wedding there!
The staff was very friendly, Ricky from the Fotos was fantastic!! The breakfast was really great and all the restaurants were pretty good.

This my second time in 2 months. I totally love this place. The resort is huge but the proportion guest-employees is amazing. It feels like you have your own concierge. My favorite pool THE SAX. You’ll meet Scooby Doo. This guy is super great. He makes everyone feel relaxed.
