We came here for our sons wedding The resort is huge with lots to do. Food was excellent and entertainment was great. Check in with Linda Guzman could not have been easier. We had a great Butler Yarol Rijo. He had a great attitude with the many problems and always worked to help us. We also had a great bellman Elias. The restaurants were easy to get reservations. The wedding view was spectacular. The pictures were perfect with the beach background. Thank you Punta Cana Hard Rock.

This is a very honest review to anyone who’s thinking of spending ALOT of money to come here, firstly would like to say it has the wow factor as you enter, the hotel reception is very clean it has lots of shops little areas to eat and have ice cream and the terrace area is fab. However it seems like it stops there once you leave the reception area and head to the rooms the flooring is all cracked and dirty and needs some tlc the corridors for the rooms are very dark and again dirty. I’ve seen cleaners moping a lot however it just constantly looks grubby! The paint jobs are very sloppy, they’ve painted over anything to try to make it look a bit better. Food in the day I personally struggled with. However you may not, it’s mostly bbq food or nachos fries and pizza. We went to the impanema restaurant during the day, that was pointless. Food during the night, the restaurants which you can book are nice not out of this world but there nice. The market however the ques are ridiculous to get food. And the attitude on the waiters are shocking. I ordered spaghetti bolognaise and asked for cheese on top she told me point blank ‘no’, there was cheese over the other side of the restaurant which I didn’t know but she didn’t tell me this either I found out later. Pool sides the flooring is grubby the sun loungers are not very comfy and I genuinely just think this hotel needs some serious TLC, therefor you can’t rate this as 5*. It’s not spotless the food is not 5* and neither is the service. We went for breakfast and was seated down on a table which hadn’t been cleaned properly from the previous people and my chair also had bird poo on it and they were happy to sit me down I had to say no. Service by the pool Varys day to day, some days I was constantly offered drinks others didn’t see anyone for hours. The best restaurant is the Toro, this is where we’ve had our nicest meal however we had to order drinks 4 times as they just kept forgetting. To top it off our room key then decided to stop working on a night it was pouring down. There was no one to help so had to take a trip back up to the lobby which isn’t 2 seconds away. The hotel is huge and the buggy’s are very helpful. What I will say though this hotel has very good entertainment you will not be bored and to say the beach is beautiful is an understatement. It’s the nicest beach I’ve ever seen in my life. So my review is very honest and I have enjoyed my time here at hard rock, but will I come back? No.

Such an amazing stay at paradise. Excellent amenities and exceptional service. Kudos to our manager Eduardo who was always available and able to cater to our unique and timely as well as untimely requirements 24/7 beyond his work hours. Diojang from member services was spot on and quick to step in and get me connected to plan things much in advance of our arrival and provide real time accurate and relevant information to make our trip special with surprises for my family. Special thanks to yarol rijo and wendi cruz who were our assistants and butlers during our stay and they went above and beyond to make things seamless for us right from checkin. Yarol remained committed to our comfort and needs and honed his duty and service greatly and with class. His partner wendi Cruz who filled in for him on his days off was no less and equally ensured our convenience and joy. Be it with reservations in restaurants to shows or information about excursions, they were my one stop all. Having a family with kids and elderly, the resort and experience was better than expected! We were even able to get a stand fan and microwave delivered to the room for convenience. Definitely coming back with more family and hope to meet our same friends again and hope they grow personally and professionally as we do!
