Been coming here since 2008. Only missed 2018-21 due to uncontrollable circumstances. I recommend Hard Rock to everyone.

Fantastic venue for kids and adults alike would Nestor is the man - food fantastic staff are very helpful and the weather is out of this world- spending 2 weeks here and don’t want to go home - never mind there’s always next year

For the price we paid, I expected luxury and that is most definitely not what we got. The beach was beautiful and the alcohol was good quality but that’s about all I can say positive.
We paid extra for a cabana and the service was terrible. The food was awful. There are lines everywhere to get drinks. Very few options for food outside…it was mostly cheeseburgers and chicken tenders.
Go somewhere else and spend less for the same experience. We will never go back, even though they offered us 50% off when we checked out and told them our experience.

A number of things mean this hotel falls short of 5 star. It’s almost too big a premises to achieve the level of attention you would need to reach that “luxury” status. Lovely beach and nice enough pool areas but you could get a similar/better experience at a lower price point for sure.

We are leaving tomorrow and had an amazing time! The rooms are huge, updated and clean. The service we had was great. Beach is fabulous, sand powder white and water so warm, blue and beautiful. Calm and swimmable every day we were here. Plenty of chairs and palapas. Pools so warm and wonderful! Plenty of umbrellas and chairs. Servers attentive and so pleasant! We loved Zen and Toro a lot. Enjoyed Caio and Isla as well. Can’t think of anything that we would change and we will be back! Not one person approached us about a time share. Every employee here we had contact with was pleasant and helpful. Drinks were very good and we enjoyed spending time at the casino. Covid testing very easy. Entertainment was very fun each night. Foam party was a blast. We wanted to write this review especially since we read so many negative reviews it made us very worried about coming to this resort. I really don’t know what these people experienced but it was definitely not what our family experienced! Sad to leave but can’t wait to come back!
