One-week vacation at Hard Rock hotel.
The beach place is fantastic with good chairs and support. But we would expect to improve it with some snacks in the bar. Only beverage are served.
The sea is.blue-emerald, a full invitation for swimming.
Nestor, as whole staff is helping around to attend any need we could have. Make us feeling special.

We had a wonderful trip to the hard rock. It was perfect for our group of seniors celebrating their graduation. Grounds were beautiful and very clean. Our personal assistant, Leonel, made our trip seamless! He made sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed throughout the week. It is a huge resort, Leonel made it much more manageable. He was attentive, friendly and quick to respond. I would definitely request this room type again.
Food was ok, very typical of all inclusive food. Pools and beach were beautiful. Felt very safe and kids could have a lot of freedom without us having to worry. Plenty of activities and events to choose from if you want to keep busy.

My wife and I sent two weeks at Hard Rock Punta Cana through our Legendary program. Being in the Hall of Fame category we are entitled to butlers during our stay. We had two butlers (Wander and Esmelvin).
They were excellent and made our trip so much more relaxing by booking our dinners, massages and turn down service for our evenings.
Wish everyone could experience a trip like the one we had.

Lots to do. Loved the basketball and free bike rentals. Very friendly staff. Wish the food quality was a bit better. Some restaurants closed due to renovations.
Beach was very well kept with many things to do.
