Nothing like the reviews I read. I was not disappointed at all for the reasonable price. Hotel very clean. Staff really friendly and hard working, probably overworked in the dining room same staff every day all day but still smiling. Food good and a wide variety of choice. The all-inclusive includes some alcohol just beer or wine with food. That's OK as local prices are reasonably cheap and it's good to explore. The shared pool is really nice and perfect temperature for the heat. Busy at weekends but we always found loungers. Lovely location. Hotel obviously a bit dated but all facilities in working order.

Everything has been amazing. Jeffrey was great to talk to about the hard rock. We have no complaints here to say about here. The beach, pools, restaurants, drinks and entertainment have been awesome. !

Lovely little trip, friendly staff and wide range of pools and food. Lots of activities around the pool. My favourite restaurant must be zen. Lovely food cooked right infront of you. Fire display and family friendly

We had a blast at the hard rock. The kids loved all the pools and water slides. We spent most of our time pool side. I strongly recommend the hard rock punta Cana. There are bars at almost all the pools for the parents. The food is good as well. I recommend isla for breakfast.

We love it! All the stuff in the resort was just soooo.. nice and friendly! We love our personal bulter Peter! We couldn’t ask for anything more! He is just soooo.. nice and friendly! He help us through out our stay and really really generous!

Staff was friendly, food was excellent, the hotel was on top of cleanliness. Pools were kept clean. Great selection of venues and restaurants. AC broke in casino so that was a little discomfort as we played .
