My husband and I have been here 8 times! Overall it has consistently gotten better. Service is great, renovations have been phenomenal, food is delicious. We always do the extras— rum tastings, wine tastings, spa, romantic dinner. This time we brought 4 friends. Resort is huge with lots of things to do. Perfect for a group.
Favorites this trip were the spa, dinner at Toro, and the frozen mojitos.

We had great time as family here. Enjoyed every moment in our 7 days trip to Punta Cana. In hotel we had all fun need it to enjoy as family together. All activities and water park for my daughter was added bonus for us. We great night time fun as well with shows and activities.

Excellent all around! Service, wait staff - all friendly and knowledgeable. The sommelier was exceptional and even brought a bottle of Chilean Carmenere from another restaurant for me! The manager, Senior Sarmiento, was attentive and made sure our dinner was special and a meal to remember. Our dinner’s presentation was 5 star worthy and delicious from the shrimp appetizer to the decadent molten chocolate cake dessert. Highly recommend the “new” Toro at Hard Rick Punta Cana!

Amazing dinner at the Toro Restaurant. Señor Sarmiento was incredibly kind and attentive, and the food was fantastic. We will definitely return to this restaurant more than one time whenever we travel here. Best dining experience of the whole trip!

I am a Hall of Fame member at the Hard Rock Hotel in Punta Cana. Since I am a Hall of Fame member it entitles you to an assistant which helps you make reservations and most of all makes sure you are happy during your stay. I have had several others before but Wells was extraordinary! He listened to any complaint. He checked in periodically with me during the day. I felt safe and spoiled!
