Our trip was fabulous. ❤️ Only not long enough. 😢 Wendi and Yarol were awesome butlers!! They made any and all of our request come through. We will definitely request Wendi and Yarol again. They set up a Hall of Fame dinner for us that was out of this world!! And any changes in reservations were taking care of immediately. The resort is wonderful. It has so many pools 🏊🏽‍♂️. If you like quiet they have quiet pools, if you like adult only there is Eden. The main pools are the Party pools if you like that. The beach is huge and the sand is awesome. 🏝

Be aware with there promotion service they want to sell the another packages while you are on vacation and wasting the time (they wasted 4 hours of mine and friends time)
Bad customer service at check in took two hour, no place to seat, didn’t ask for water.

Don't let your bags (luggage and personal items) out of your sight at the resort. We gave our bags to the staff in front of the hotel and then went to check in. When the luggage for our group was assembled, my suitcase was missing... it was located a few minutes later and added to the cart. When it arrived at our room, I instantly saw that it had been tampered with as the plastic bag that my necklaces were in was sticking out of the zipper at the top of the bag. This was not the case when my case came out of the transfer van. I opened the case and saw that all of the smaller bags inside had been dumped out and cash and jewelry were missing. I reported the theft w/i minutes to the hotel staff and was given the royal runaround for 3 days until they determined that the theft did not happen at their resort. They would not let me review the security footage that proved this.
