The services was to slow, waiting time was to long, food was not as expected from a hotel of this category and for the cost that I paid. The installation of the hotel were great and the beach was beautiful

Rooms could be upgraded. dining very slow to be seated and very slow on ordering. NO kids meals at all. HOF member for years, but didn't feel very special here. Resort is very large and be prepared to do a lot of walking.

I would highly recommend this resort ... cleanliness, food, activities, entertainment, THE POOLS and the staff were amazingly friendly !! Beautiful place, beautiful people !! I would definitely go back !!

The facilities are underwhelming. The rooms are nice but could use more Hard Rock flair. The memorabilia throughout appears to be from a celebrity garage sale. The food is fair to average. Staff is inattentive (and rude in some instances). Many “additional charges” for things that should be included in an all inclusive resort. Overall it is geared toward the “legendary” level clientele with several exclusive pools and beach areas.
Work vehicles (not golf carts but those micro trucks/vans) constantly driving around grounds. They should have designated service paths so guests don’t feel they are going to be run over.
The gym is nice but I never could figure out when the spin classes were.
Room tip: For things that cost extra…negotiate everything!

This resort is amazing. The service is 5 star. Vladimir and Vilbron made our trip, they were so friendly and really kept it lively at the pool. We can't wait to return. We have no complaints. The food was good and the choices were great. Our room was beautiful and so roomy.

- Ridiculous waiting time in all means
- Poor quality of drinks (variety, choice of brands)
- No luggage room ...luggage will just sit outside the hotel
- Not professional at lobby attendance
- Very expensive for what you get
I definately will not recommend this hotel. Other nearby option are definately cheaper and better.
