Staff are attentive, friendly and helpful. Resort is beautiful. Rooms and environment is friendly, safe, and entertaining. There are plenty of activities for both kids and adults to do all day and night.

This place was a disaster. The food was awful, the service was slow and they conned my family into buying overly expensive wine, as in we asked for a $30 bottle and they brought us a $250 bottle without telling us. The staff does not speak much English which wasn’t a problem for me since I speak Spanish but the rest of my family had a rough time of it. The sanitation and cleanliness standards they claim to have are nonexistent. Room service skipped cleaning my room 2 of the 5 days I was there. I had a ton of ants in my room, and I contracted Covid at the resort. My advice, pick anywhere else.

Excellent vacation! One of our favorite vacation destinations. Facility are huge and amazingly kept in top conditions, both indoors and outdoors. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Activities for all ages including are teenagers 18-20 year old. Food options are very good although did not have time to go to all restaurants (one week stay) as we returned a couple of times to our favorites (Market and Toro). Pools are amazing, too many to visit them all! The SPA is a must do! I love this place and love all the attention and treatment we receive since you walk in! I can’t wait to get back in September for Latin LOP.

An AMAZING time I had. Some people we met said they didn't like it because it was too big and felt things were slow or that people weren't nice BUT everyone we encountered was WARM and welcoming. We concluded that they were just shy because they may not know the language of the guest but once you spoke they were extremely friendly, plus its just about being nice genuine people and they took care of you. I witnessed some rude/entitled guest and they still were treated nice. People need to remember just because you are on vacation you are not the only people there and these people have to serve and accommodate thousands a day and need to prepare and plan better so that they don't feel like things are taking "too long" because me and my guest never felt like that.

This resort has gone downhill. They are by far the worst hard rock. Food was horrible and staff was rude. When a waiter drops a plate at your table so hard it slides right off. The lady didn’t even stop to help us pick it up.
