Beautiful property, nice rooms. As the mother of the bride, I was a bit nervous about planning a wedding from the US. Everything turned out great. No complaints about wedding staff and the people who worked the wedding -- bartenders, DJ, wait staff were wonderful and the food at the wedding was very good. Outside of the wedding, I heard a lot of complaints about the food. Ala carte restaurants food was disappointing for the most part, reservations hard to get, yet when you did go the restaurants were empty. Rooms were great, except toilet and shower (which was great) were in the room, each behind an etched glass door -- no separate bathroom. Not good for privacy.

Will never go back, Don't take me wrong, great place for kids, but be prepared to pay out, says all-inclusive but it's NOT, unless u pay to be a premium guest none of the actives are included, nor WiFI, my wife became very sick after eating at the sports bar and is still being treated and now being April finally on antibiotics for ingesting something, my grand daughter came down with very bad diarea also, they say the wtr is safe, I question that. We were also stuck in the garden after I paid for the whole family to be ocean front, we will never return and check in advance where ever we travel to see exactly what we are getting

We sincerely regret not having met your expectations during your visit; we can assure you that our intention and top priority is our guests’ satisfaction and all our efforts are focus in provide happiness stay to our valued guests. Receive my sincere apologies for not fulfil your expectation in regards to our all included system as you may know, as an All-inclusive resort our guests enjoyed most of our services and there are extra services with additional cost. We are sorry for the inconveniences you may have encountered due to this fact.

We are deeply sorry to receive your comment in regards your daughter and wife illness, since our guests’ well-being is one of our top priorities, as well as maintaining a safe environment, which requires constant work of all our employees during the daily operation of the hotel. We hope that they have fully recovered. For your information and tranquility, we work with established hygiene and sanitation standards, which are monitored continuously. Actually, we have a consultant with an international and well-known company named Cristal Americas, which on a frequent basis audits our hotels in all Hygiene and Sanitary procedures. As well as, one of the tests that are sampled is the water consumed by our guests in different areas of the hotel. In all areas the water available to guests is purified and as one of our room standards bottles of water are placed and changed accordingly to the usage.

Once again we would like to apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced during your stays; we hope you give us the opportunity to recover your trust and being able to welcome you back in our Resort, where our seal of quality is our commitment to excellent customer service and to our guests' satisfaction as our top priority.

Lovely hotel with all amenties including great spa.
Immediate Service on all levels. We had premium club deluxe services which included spa privilages that we took advantage of every day. Great Gym. Very clean with wonderful personnel.

Beatiful property, beach and pool were fantastic. Specialty restaurants were very good. Lunch buffet was terrible - food selection was not good for Americans or for kids. Breakfast buffet was good. Strikers selection was better along these lines, but not great. Servers in buffet areas were extremely slow (impossible to get refill on water or juice or coffee or soda) and simply acted as if they did not want to be there. This was every buffet meal (breakfast and lunch) every day! Nighttime servers in specialty restaurants were much more pleasant.

We sincerely regret that we were not able to fulfill your expectations at all and that it was not possible to provide you a delightful stay. We feel sorry that our food concepts were not of your liking and we regret that the service of some staff members were not helpfully enough. You can be sure that we will be given the issues the appropriate measures.

We lament that did you not felt assistance in regards to the vegetarian food, I would like to inform you that our hotel has special foods for guests who are vegetarians, please note that this is not the first case that was presented to us, also allow me to inform we have a section on our Buffets for vegetarians. We lament the misinformation due this fact.

We hope that when returning to the Dominican Republic, you will give us the opportunity to welcome you again at our resort and be able to change your mistaken perception about us.
