Much better options in Castro. Dated hotel, small and saturated parking. Praise you are not blocked by another car and if you do that they are able to find the owner. Breakfast is very basic and starts too late for early birds (7.30).
If you're foreign, at checkout, remember to ask the invoice in USD. Does not matter if you presented the immigration paper, passport and the address you have is from another country. If you do not specifically ask for the invoice they will happily charge you 19% VAT. This is the first and only time something like this happened to me in a Chilean hotel.
Room, small and very basic. Fridge locked
Shower, can only be appreciated if you are into claustrophobic experiences.
Will decently book another hotel on my next trip to Castro. More
