It is between an average & low class hotel. We had vouchers for 19 EURO per person per night + breakfast and for that price the hotel is OK.
The hotel has the image and outer appearance of a "soc" hotel :) elevators and lobby bar are old, rooms are spacious but old.
A great minus is that the heating is working 2 hours and 2 hours is off, so you have heating from 20h until 22h, then from 22h until 24h the rooms don't have heating which is awful. This is the scheme for heating for the whole day.
Sheets on beds are relatevely good, towels in the bathroom are also average clean. When you take a shower, half of bathroom is full of water and there is no way for it to drain. There is enough hot water.
The spa center has only steam room & sauna, and 1 small jakuzzi.
The breakfast is good.
The hotel is 15 minutes walking from the beginning of central street, near to clubs, restaurants & so on.
There are open spaces for cars, the indoor parking is 5 BGN per night.
