After considering reviews on the internet and in the Lonely Planet I chose this hotel for our two nights stay in Wadi Musa. It was a good choice, since the price was not too high (compared to other nearby hotels), rooms were comfortable and there were some nice extras to the hotel (Turkish bath incl massage for 13 JOD, Lunchbox to take with you on your visit to the Petra site). On top of that staff was very friendly and always happy to assist.
Some minor drawbacks: the shower wasn't really working properly. Only a small stream of water came out. This might have been just my room, since my travel companions did not experience similar problems. Breakfast was not really fancy. There was not a lot to choose from. Lastly, when we had a drink at the hotel around lunch time we also asked for some beers. To our surprise, since we weren't without notified upfront, the beers appeared to be non-alcoholic. Maybe a little bit ignorant from our side, but it would have been nice if they would have 'warned' us they did not serve alcoholic beverages when we ordered.More
