A fantastic location. The hotel was very nice. Food options quite good, but quality a bit variable and most often overpriced. Pool was unusable during our stay (Dec) as it is not heated. No facilities for kids, which many other resorts have. Would stay there again, if only because of the excellent location. Staff were friendly, but service could be a little slow at times - we were there during a quiet period, so not sure how it would fare for a busy time.

A first class hotel right across the street to the entrance of the ancient Petra. High standard, very clean, good service. The only disadvantage: hotel is popular with groups, you might face waiting time at the lift or in the restaurant

The hotel is literally just 2 mins to the entrance of Petra. A great hotel to stay in if you decided to explore Petra in depth or visit Petra at night. Rooms were spacious and service of hotel staff were great. There were lots of taxi outside the hotel if you want to dine out. A Turkish bathe was just around the corner of the hotel. You can also find restaurants and convenient stores within the vicinity.

Rooms are good, kitchen is fine. But the service is outstanding. People so well trained and nice! They made us feel at home or even better. Highlight for the Jordanian desserts. On the other hand, breakfast is below expectations.

The best thing about this hotel is the locationl. Right across from the entrance to Petra. Hotel itself was fine. Staff wasn't as friendly as other places we have been on this trip. Ate at the buffet and food was varied and good. You can always find something you like at a buffet. Also had their breakfast, which was good. Didn't see much of the outside property cuz it was COLD........
