I reserved a room with a king sized bed, and the Marriott app showed 1 queen sized bed just before checking in. I called the actual hotel and confirmed I would get a king sized bed... no problem. When I got there, it was a queen sized bed. This was corrected quickly, but I don’t understand why it was bungled up in the first place. Also, the lady taking care of breakfast started putting the food and plates away early (8:45, if not sooner). She ran around asking people if she could bring anything but didn’t wait for you to answer. Other than that, we had a good experience... clean room, slept well.

All suite hotel. Comfortable good sized rooms with nice sitting area and very nice bedrooms. Bed is comfortable. Rooms were clean and fairly quiet.Good sized bathroom. Fairly good breakfast with a good selection of items. Easy on/off location from I-49

Close to Arvest Ballpark. The reason for our trip was to see the Springfield Cardinals v Northwest Arkansas Naturals baseball game. Hotel is about an easy 10 minute drive to the ballpark.

My issues with the hotel are lousy in room coffee and a coffee pot that had a hole in the bottom.(Housekeeping should have replaced the pot) If you want good coffee in your room, bring your own coffee or go to the breakfast area to get it. Also, the orange juice at breakfast was very weak and tasteless.

Room tip: Request top floor room away from I-49 for quietest room.

If you do stay here be prepared to pay, in addition to the room fee, $40 collected at check in for “incidentals” to be returned to your card in a few days - rip off. What would this string of hotels make on say %40 occupancy, 80 rooms, at each of their (?) locations holding $40 per check in for 3-4 days & they have your cc# at check in.
But if you must stay there request the top 4th floor. The walking/running noise through the night was on going.

Room tip: After informing front desk re: noise from floor above they recommended next time requesting the top floor the 4th floor.

Ultra clean, very nice staff, quiet. Rooms are very comfortable. Could like most hotel rooms could have better sitting area. Location is perfect to navigate around Northwest Arkansas. Breakfast is very good.

This hotel is 10 years old, but it is so clean it absolutely looks brand new. The breakfast buffet is great also. They have waffles, omelets, gravy and biscuits and sausage. The beds were big and comfy. We all slept great. On the day we checked out there was a company there going room to room and steam cleaning the carpets. I have never seen that in a hotel!
