Avoid the summer to be at this place. I am sure it would be very beautiful after the monsoons. The chalets or villas are large> The staff is prompt. Ms. Parvati and Sheetal at the front desk were helpful. The restaurant executive Jitendra Rawat was always helpful and co-operative. He offered to give us better options for the breakfast and dinner menu. There was serious problem with the bathroom flush which they mended on the last day We stayed there for 3 nights. Will certainly recommend this place except for summers. One must have a vehicle and driver so as to o around as there is no public transport close by The swimming pool was kept closed as there was a very large group staying there at convenient budget. Due to this we could not use it.

Room Tip: Chose cottages or villas on lower floors close to the swimming pool

I joined TripAdvisor just to give this place the worst rating!!!!! PATHETIC ambience.. smelly lobbies, HIGHLY INDECENT crowd, nottttt safe, mosquitoes everywhere, false claims on social media and booking websites and so on and on! Been to a 100 palaces and 5star resorts and can say that this place does not deserve a single star and stands nowhere in comparison to the hospitality accorded in Rajasthan. NEVER EVER visit this place! Old and stale food they would serve and charge you unreasonably for “complimentary breakfast” that’ll leave you sick!!

We stayed overnight on the way to Ranakpur. Big sales training going on so crowded with most focus on them. Noise from training went very late but was not too loud from our room. Menu options were scarce but what was a available was edible. The room was okay but AC turned off when you left with key & took time to cool down on your return. Also, the water was a bit suspect, eyes burned during shower. We used bottled water for teeth brushing and washing up. Buckets in the shower in case water stopped working? All in all I would not recommend this hotel.

We had booked two rooms in the beginning of Oct 2017.
The place is a gem.
If you for some reason didn't like either Pushkar or Dargah Sharif your day is made by this place itself.
Nice manicured gardens. Good food. Puppet show, Rajasthani dance etc.

Swimming pool is clear and good size. If you happen to have forgotten your swimming trunk can purchase from hotel at a very reasonable price.
The kids rooms is fantastic to keep kids busy :-)

Room Tip: All rooms are good, however pick first floor to have a good sunrise view from Balcony
