Lovely, clean, comfortable hotel with nice bathrooms and quite rooms. The location couldn't be better, ideal for winter or summer holidays. Special thanks to the landlady, Mrs.Waltzl. Most enjoyable stay, would return any time.

We stayed over christmas and new year 2011-2012. Everything was great :)
Thats why we want to go back next year, lets hope the snow is as good...
The food was first class, the people working there were all really nice and very helpful. The rooms warm and the lounge area very relaxing, with a roaring fire...
The new years eve buffet was amazing and for us it was one of the best new years ever :)

Christmas is a special time of year for the Austrian people, so it was really lovely to be able to spend it with Hotel Olympia Garni. On Christmas Eve everyone staying there (and some extras) were gathered around a beautifully decorated sitting room drinking sparkling wine and singing Christmas carols accompanied by young but accomplished violists. The sons of the owners and the owners were handing out little presents to the guests – so very kind. The breakfasts were amazing – there are both a selection of hot and cold foods that changes every day. Over the week we stayed there there was bacon and eggs as well as Gugelhupf and other delicious pastries and cakes. The accommodations were clean and comfortable!

Room Tip: The rooms on the ground floor offer are somewhat exposed.

We stayed for 4 nights with our two young sons. The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of everything that we did for the entire duration....village, skiing, sledding, food, horse sleigh ride etc. We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite that was perfect for our small family. Manuela and her family were amazing. They took care of us by providing great tips/information for our daily outings and allowing us the use of their sleds for our boys. Manuela's son also loaned my husband his personal ski equipment when we realized the rental shop had closed before night skiing began. This kindness turned what would have been a really disappointing evening into one of the most memorable for my husband. On top of all of this, the breakfasts each morning were delicious. Simple yet wonderful....with homemade jams and treats along with the best fresh herbal tea I've ever tasted. We would definitely recommend this to our friends - and hope to be back there ourselves some day!!

After a week bike tour out of Salzburg, we headed to the mountains and had a wonderful 4 day stay at the Olympia. The rooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms were the cleanest I have ever seen! The breakfast service was exceptional with daily treats of homemade jams and herbal teas. There is a beautiful sitting room where you can look out at the Alps and plan your day, read or book or gather with friends. The owners, Manuela and George speak English very well, are knowledgable about the area and were extremely helpful as we planned our daily activities - always with a smile.
