“Beautiful cottage in pleasant surroundings.”
Reviewed May 14, 2012 for a stay in May 2012

Recently renovated and immaculately presented cottage. very comfortable in all respects. Keys easily accessed by means of a key safe , and on arrival an unexpected surprise of a cold bottle of wine in the fridge , fresh eggs and homemade shortbread were a nice touch . Also supplied were dishwasher tablets , logs and firelighters in fact all the little things you do not normally expect to find. It was a true "home from home" in an excellent position to explore the surrounding area.

Thank you so much for taking the time to post a review. Delighted we could help you with the extra bed and that you enjoyed your time in the Scottish Borders. You were lucky with the weather but so glad you found the cottage cosy, with the wood burning stove adding to that. The garden is a great asset and so glad you had the time to enjoy it, along with our game selection! Hope we can welcome you back some time in the future, kind regards, Sarah
