DO NOT STAY HERE! We booked rooms morning before arrival with Amex Platinum after going on Montage website and Amex- there were booking issues with Website.
No notice on either site of Restuarant, Pool, Rooftop lounge being Closed during our entire stay. (only had room service) When checked in I told front desk I had 2 rooms and wanted them close together - they accommodated - the second room was for my sister. (she was standing next to me - the desk man said no problem.) I gave him her name- he said oh I will just swipe your amex and you can write her name on the check in slip. I did so as well as my husband and kids . (still never told of the restaurant being closed) Worse- I came home and found an addition charge on my credit card for a one night amount. Apparently the desk messed up and put my name on both rooms - yet never removed my sisters name from the other reservation and therefore I had a no show charge--it has been a nightmare to get montage to correct -- after i already spent $4,500 for a two day stay in 2 rooms. WORST hotel ever- and I travel every other month to only 5 star hotels!More
