It's older but maintained very well. Staff is friendly and helpful. The location is really wonderful. About two blocks from the main street so we walked almost everywhere. The room was two queens and a wonderful whirlpool bath. It is very quiet, town shuts down pretty early. They also serve a very nice b/fast and an afternoon snack of homemade chocolate cookies and apple cider. I had a massage and facial, both excellent. We plan on making this a yearly trip (at least).

Room Tip: noise is not a problem, if you can get the room with the whirlpool bath.

Looking for a rejuvenating relaxing getaway? Make sure to put EuroSpa & Inn at the top of your list! We were met by the resident Managers Bill and Joanne Clazimer.
They provided us with the information on the amenities. Our room
was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We spent a lot of time in the
hot tub and pool. Each morning we had a complimentary nutritious
breakfast and refreshments in the evening, all free! Thanks Joanne for
arranging everything to nicely! We will come back again. Kudos to Linda
and Brian for the spa treatments, simple fantastic! Our rating? We give it a
10 easily!

We like to go to Calistoga for a quick 1-2 night getaway because it is close and laid back. We have a couple of places that we enjoy over there but found a great deal on EuroSpa and thought we would give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted by a very friendly young man who told us about the property, our room, breakfast, tea, the hot tub, spa, etc. He was very helpful and so refreshingly nice! There were fresh, warm cookies, coffee and tea available at night as well.
The room was nice, well sized and had efficient amenities. The little gas fireplace made the room very cozy. We also liked the small kitchen space with sink, refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom was clean and practical. Nothing fancy but the bathtub was deep enough to soak.
In the morning they had a nice layout or fresh fruit, hard-boiled eggs, rolls, bread and croissants. There was great hot coffee and a nice assortment of teas. The fireplace in the outdoor breakfast area was also going and made the winter morning very pleasant and enjoyable.
The only complaint I had was that the pool was not heated nearly warm enough to get into on a cool winter evening. That is one of the joys of Calistoga hot spring hotels is that you can float around and soak in a nice warm swimming pool...that was a bit disappointing. The hot tub was hot but the surface was very rough and scratchy. It was rough enough to snag your swimming suit so beware of that if you have a nice, delicate suit and do not want it to get ruined on a rough surface.
The motel is within easy walking distance to all restaurants and shops in downtown Calistoga.
Overall a great experience! We will be back but probably only during summer months when the cooler pool might be more refreshing.

Room Tip: The hot-tub surface may snag your swimsuit bottoms.

This is a motel. The scenery is paved parking lot. And this is reflected in the price of a room. But everything else was excellent. Room was small, but well appointed. We had one with a two person jacuzzi and fireplace. Both worked well wtihout any issues. We had the mud wrap and couples massage. Both fantastic and well worth it. Breakfast outside under the heater was fresh, delicious, and plentiful. I recommend....but it's still a MOTEL!

Room Tip: Get the fireplace and 2 person jacuzzi.....well worth it!

I thought this was a great base for our trip to wine country, and I really enjoyed the town of Calistoga in general. We splurged and got a 2 bedroom suite, and I thought it was actually priced very reasonably compared to accomodations in other parts of Napa Valley. Great spa tub that was very clean with an overall huge bathroom, and separate shower. Rooms came with robes and a nice little porch that we could sit on after a long day of drinking wine. We got massages, and they were a serious highlight. The spa was literally right next door to our room.

Also thought the pool and hottub were very nice, with a really pretty view. In general, this place is extremely charming. And the continental breakfast was very good too and had everything I needed. It's also very easy to walk to restaurants in Calistoga from the hotel.

I think the only hickup we had was the key card inactivated twice during our stay and we got briefly locked out, but the main office was right there so we only lost a couple of minutes walking over there and having them fix it. Only a very minor annoyance luckily. I'd still give this place top marks.

From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The place is comfortable and relaxed. Very clean, wonderful bedding!
This was beyond our expectations! friendly and great without a high price! The breakfast and snacks are outstanding! Poached eggs in a nest with mushroom garnish, what can I say after eating 3 of them, delicious!!! The cookies in the afternoon are a treat! These people are top hosts in my book, friendly and generous! Made my son's wedding special! We will be back! Thank you!

Room Tip: I don 't think there are bad rooms, we had 6 rooms for my son's wedding, they all were very...
