While the restaurant is a bit small, the staff is very attentive and friendly. The chef has been working there for over 20 years and it shows. The flavors were very distinctive. I was there for a special buffet luncheon which included crab cakes, salmon rolls, chicken satay, something that looked like pork schnitzel and spicy beef and several different types of rice and noodles, some with seafood some without all of which was great. The salad was crisp and the dressing light and flavorful.
Sadly, I learned that the owners of 25 years have sold this and their Walnut Creek restaurant, however, the staff is staying on as well as the recipes. So I will be back.
