I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. We were just there July 8-10 and had the worse service ever. Our room was not ready for 4:00 check in. Finally at 5:30 I called and was on hold for 30 minutes. Room we finally got looked nothing like the rooms on the website. Pretty sure they haven't been updated in years. I asked for change of bed linens the second day and did not receive. Came back late the second night after being out all day and all the dirty towels were still in a pile on the bathroom floor. I called for more and they left one bath towel in bag in the hallway for a suite of 5 people. I found cock roaches on the stairway right outside our room. I complained and got very little discounted for their poor service and accommodations. I wrote an email complaining and contacted Hilton Guest Assistance. They were suppose to get back to me in 3 days, finally on day 9, I had to call them. Got pretty much nowhere with the manager I spoke to except a price reduction. As far as I'm concerned I should have been credited the whole price I paid. Still trying to figure out what I paid over $400 for. Sure wasn't anything better than I could have gotten at Best Western, Econo Lodge, Motel 6 or any other hotel.
