We are not breakfast people and asked friends for a recommendation for suggestions. This restaurant is clearly a favorite in the neighborhood as it was packed on a Sunday morning. Arriving at 9:00 there was no wait, but later there definitely would have been. Service was very friendly and not rushed with the decor modern and relaxed. The food was just OK. Three of us enjoyed the eggs benedict, the crab omelet (sounded really good but was just OK) and a basic breakfast. The best part of the meal was the coffee. Just looking at what others ordered, their pancakes would probably have been a better choice. It's a good breakfast restaurant......wouldn't say great but still a lovely meal.

I went there because I heard they had a great breakfast. $25.00 later, (for one person), I was UNDERWHELMED! This is one of those places where THEY KNOW how you should have their food and will not prepare it as you ask them to. “NO!” is their watch word. Mediocre coffee and truly NOTHING SPECIAL, other than their attitude. Frankly, I much prefer Coco’s!

I took a group of 7 friends to Orange County and we selected this restaurant because it was near our activities and the menu looked interesting. We made reservations for 8 persons at noon on a Thursday. When we arrived, they told us there was no place to seat us inside. They offered us two small tables pushed together outside in a breezeway where there was construction going on. So zero points for ambiance.

I liked the menu which at lunchtime was salads and burgers mostly. the daily chowder was good. Service, not so much.

Great food, very good service you will not leave hungry! Raspberry pancakes are like nothing you've ever had.
