Sunday evening about 6:00. Just walking around looking for a place to eat. Not crowded. much larger than it looks from the outside. Wife has some food allergies and their ribeye burger came with house prepared Yukon gold fries and organic ketchup which solved that problem. Patty was cooked to her taste and was at least 1/2" thick. I had a substantial stone fruit salad that was a bit heavy on the dressing but came with apricots, arugula, hazelnuts, and gorgonzola cheese.
Large wine selection and a bakery and coffee shop complement the dining room.

Akasha, in Culver City, is a good place for Brunch on a Sunday.
We (my family and I) enjoyed the food, the service, and the beautiful old building with the exposed brick and high ceiling...the food was really quite tasty..my Salmon scrambler was delicious w/the potatoes done crispy on the outside and moist on the inside; all the other plates looked delic as well.

Pretty restaurant with good food and bar. Music on Mondays. Happy hour with half price drinks. And one day a week, I believe Wednesdays, half price on bottles.

We wandered in and really enjoyed the experience. Staff was great as was the food. We loved the scallops and thought the steak was great, particularly with the horseradish hidden in the broccoli.

This place is veritably in our backyard, and we been here a few times. The menu changes frequently, but this octopus appetizer with bacon and heaven mixed in is worth the trip!

New American, farm to table, organic, natural. This place rocks.
