We stopped by the 180blu at the Ritz-Carlton for lunch - this is a gorgeous restaurant in a gorgeous hotel. The hotel is perched high atop on one of the numerous hills in the area with a spectacular view of the beach and blue-green waters of the Pacific Ocean far below. We started off with mimosa's (we were on vacation of course) and two appetizers, swordfish dip and the truffle fries. Daughter and wife split the 3-lobster tacos (it was pretty big) and I enjoyed the tataki salad. The food was delicious, the view fantastic, and the ambiance relaxing and comfortable (probably our most enjoyable dining experience of all the places we ate while in California). If you go, definitely request a window table. In the summertime you can watch the surfer's and boogie boarders running in and out of the ocean.
