This house (about 15 mins from LEGOLAND) was everything we wanted and more. We stayed here with 3 adults and 3 small children for vacation. Plenty of room to spread out and lovely common areas to hang out and watch tv. We came here for LEGOLAND so didn't use the pool as often as we would have liked but nice to have and some pool toys were available for our use. Everything you may need in the kitchen that we didn't use but we did use the updated and contemporary washer and dryer which was nice to have after a couple of days of traveling. WiFi was great and the kids loved the smaller room with two beds.
Peter was very helpful every step along the way - only issue was that I failed to call him when we were on the way and he waited for us unnecessarily. He was very nice and checked in on us while we were there to make sure we had everything we needed. He even made sure we had mattress protectors on the beds for the kids if we needed them (which thankfully we did not)
Neighbor is hard of hearing so at night the sound from his movies traveled but it didn't disturb us - we were trying to keep 3 toddlers quiet ourselves. :) House gets super cool at night with windows open and wonderful porch to sit out on while relaxing.
WILL stay here again if ever in the area and have already recommended to friends and family.

I planned for a small group of friends to celebrate my boyfriend's 30th birthday in San Diego where we could just lounge by the pool and hang out. We were also REALLY close to downtown Escondido which made it super convenient to Uber to a nearby Irish Pub. It was a great weekend. We had plenty of space, the house was better than we expected with lots of space. Would definitely rent again.

This trip was two Grandmas, two Moms, and three young dancers. With Mom's and dancers occupying the master en suite and the 2nd en suite, the grandmas shared a wonderful middle room with two large beds and adjacent bath. I loved the accommodations, every room worked perfectly for us. The two living rooms allowed for adult time and separate child TV watching. The pool and spa were used everyday, sometimes multiple times! The kitchen was very well appointed and spotless. A joy to cook in for sure, and with a working gas grill by the pool.

The location was perfect. A mere 10 minutes from the Escondido Performing Arts center and any shopping we needed to do. The beach was a quick drive as well.

The setting of this home could not have been better. We had privacy, quiet, beauty and convenience all rolled into a gorgeous property. We hope to visit again this coming year.
