Love this place. I get a sausage (veggie & vegan available) with sauerkraut, their crazy-delicious homemade kimchi (spicy!), and then slather it in mustard from their selection of 10+ traditional and exotic mustards. An equally large selection of interesting hot sauces awaits, but with the kimchi, I skip that addition. Finally, add jalapeños, pepperoncini, or any number of relishes.
To that fine meal, add a beer. Choose from 20+. Then sit at the bar or at one of a number of big community tables, German bierhaus style, and meet some awesome folks from the neighborhood or those who are refueling after a big ride on the mountain.
I gave a 4 rating instead of a 5 because the beer always tastes fine, but is a little off. Not sure if they store it too warm, aren't cleaning the hoses & taps frequently enough, or if it's something that happens in your mouth when you've stuffed it with so many different spicy ingredients, but here in particular, the beer tastes...starchy? Sugary?
I still love the place regardless. You should go.
