All the food is very fresh. The service is friendly and efficient. There are tables both on the patio and indoors where local Fairfax citizens go for their lunch and socializing. The place is family-owned for several generations and is kid friendly.

Convenient parking right outside and across the street. About a year ago this grocery and deli had a wonderful facelift. The deli is full service with lots of breakfast and lunch choices. However, service can be somewhat slow, in spite of the number of people behind the counter, and don't be surprised if they get some of the items you ordered wrong, so check them, . . .it is West Marin. You can take your food next door to sit down to eat, on their extended premises, or try the outside tables on the south of the building if the weather is nice. A favorite local stop.

If you drive through Fairfax on Sir Francis Drake, you might just miss this gem of a deli. We moved to Fairfax a year ago, and only found it after living here six months. The ambiance is lacking, but it makes up for it with the enormous sandwiches they offer with a gourmet variety of toppings.

Bring the kids too. My 9 year old swears by their turkey, bacon, and swiss on a sourdough roll. While we have not tried them, they also offer burgers and fries. The staff is super friendly, and they don't make a fuss if you have specific food allergies or requests.

Stop by Perry's Deli on your way to the beach or hiking, you won't be disappointed!

Sandwiches price wise are on par with Subway but are so much better (real cheese, a huge bread selection, things like sprouts, real tomatoes, etc). You can also have a beer with your sandwich on premise, beer priced at six pack rates! Seating is minimal but ample, and service is excellent. After my first experience here, I came back a second time for a repeat, which was just as good.

The Inverness Park location has had a complete make-over...for the better. Fabulous house cured meats, home made salads, and take away weeknight dinners. Plus the added advantage of this location is that Shorty's Organic Produce has relocated to this location from the Creamery Building in Point Reyes Station. All your picnic needs are here-PLUS! Very friendly staff. Try the West Marin Reuben on Brickmaiden Bread. Excellent!
