Tuyas cafe is a new place, and it seems to be finding its legs. We had tamales and tostadas. The masa was well done on the tamales, we wished for more fillings. The tostada was crisp and sturdy enough to support filling (pilings?) and they were very tasty. Our wish would be that they not run out of tres leches cake before we arrive, however, it can hardly be said that we settled for the flan, it was awesome. I would have licked the plate if my companion had allowed. Finally, everyone is friendly, it is a great atmosphere, we will see them again.
