We lucked out and were here during the rhododendron blooming season. There were spots on our walk through the garden that were overwhelming - flowers cascading like water falls and the variety of colors amazing. Give yourself time to walk out to the bluff area and relax on a bench - it doesn't get any better.

The garden is just beautiful. We walked out to the headland which is lovely. It’s a very nicely laid out garden with something for everyone. They also have electric scooters with you have mobility issues. They allow dogs into the gardens which is nice.

I just love walking around and see all the flowers in bloom. I love that this property was owned by a family long ago, you can fee the history when you walk through all the great little paths. It is a nice walk, you can spend a little or a lot of time here. Even though it was a rainy day it was a light rain and we could walk among the trees and enjoy the day. I could just sit in the cottage at the end of the trail and watch the waves for hours. Unfortunately the little cafe was closed as a cup of coffee would have been perfect. The gift shop has a lot of nice items too.
