I cannot say enough about the Weller House Inn! As soon as my friend and I stepped into the foyer it was obvious to us that we were going to be well taken care of during our stay. Viviane, our host, gave us a very warm welcome and upgraded our room to the tulip room. Our room had two comfortable queen beds, a claw foot tub, and was located on a corner giving us tremendous views of the garden. As part of our stay we were encouraged to go up to the water tower on the property. It is the tallest structure in the county except for light houses. From the water tower you get at 360° panoramic view of Fort Bragg and the ocean. For an extra charge my friend and I decided to have a more than the complimentary continental breakfast and instead had a delicious variety of foods made for us during our two night stay. The Weller House also has a large dance floor up on the third story. It was fun to investigate all the nooks and crannies that the house has to offer. My friend and I have decided to go back to Fort Bragg and stay at the Weller House Inn anytime we are in the area!! If I could give this more than five stars I definitely would!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Weller House Inn. Vivien made us feel very welcome, and treated us more like visiting friends than paying customers. Our room was charming, with a 4 poster bed and colorful walls. We had a private bath with Jacuzzi, and the radiant floor heating meant that our toes were never cold, even in cold, stormy January. The room was spacious and clean, and we loved looking out over the neighborhood, with glimpses of the ocean beyond. A climb to the top of the restored water tower next to the house rewarded us with even better views of the ocean and the town.

Step back in time. Check out the ballroom on the third floor, maybe take a dance lesson, walk to the nearby shops and eateries. This is a wonderful place to settle in and enjoy Fort Bragg, and we look forward to returning for another visit.

Welcoming, relaxing, and fun. I am here for a dance weekend--came for the Tango but was also got the chance to try East Coast Swing. I absolutely adore this place. Thank you Vivian, for all that you do to create this comfortable home away from home.

Room tip: I love the room with the slipper claw foot tub~my favorite.

Staying in the Weller House Inn so near to Glass Beach, good restaurants and a thriving downtown Fort Bragg, CA, was such a treat! Innkeeper, Vivian, made our stay comfortable and enjoyable: from the turn of the last century furnishings to the lovely garden, we returned 'home' each evening to a warm welcome after a day of whale watching, botanical garden hiking and shopping!

Would definitely come back to this place. Me and my husband decided to do a road trip from San Francisco to Seattle on Saturday noon. Sunday morning we left mountain view n decided to stop over at Fort Bragg after 6 hour drive. We just picked this place while having dinner and checked in. The host was extremely warm and welcoming. This house has a lot of character since it's built in 1800s and so well maintained. Love the antiquity of the house. Every room has so many antique items. It's line a house out of book from ancient times. To top all this they breakfast was great too with freshly squeezed orange juice. We definitely loved this place and coming back soon.
