The Robert Young Estate Winery is everything you envision Sonoma wine tasting to be. Robert Young is a small boutique winery. The pours were generous, the view of the vineyards was spectacular, and the pace was slow and relaxed. We sat at a remote table with an umbrella on a day that was absolutely gorgeous. Our server did not rush us or beat us over the head with their club information. We left satisfied, well informed and looking forward to enjoying the bottles we purchased at the winery.

This was our second visit to Robert Young. With so many wineries to visit, we rarely make return visits, but Robert Young is really a special place. The wines are wonderful and the atmosphere is very friendly. We took home a spectacular Cabernet that we can't wait to enjoy. We love that the tasting room is in a barn, and that the atmosphere is casual and laid back. The Alexander Valley is gorgeous and Robert Young is definitely worth the trip. Check it out on your next wine trip, you'll be glad you did!
