Enjoyed our stay here with a nice pool area. Rooms are large and comfortable.
The spa and gym were well apportioned and even had a yoga room.
The concierge was sadly lacking. I asked her about Asian cuisine. She gave me a list, highlighted with two suggestions. We found out that both were not open. We went and parked by the first address and walked around in the 109 degree heat only to find it was actually located 5 long blocks away. Back to the car and drove to the actual address only to find it was completely vacant of any people. So we tried option two located in the opposite direction. After driving for five miles we pull in to find it "dark" also. So we drove back the five miles (we are up to 15 miles now) to go a Thai restaurant. How difficult is it for the hotel to have accurate information and a competent concierge?

This a very nice hotel with a great spa, Gym, and pool area. The service was very good and our room was very clean and quiet. We did not go to the pool because it was 123 degrees out (Don't know what possessed us to go here at this time of year.) We spent most of our time visiting restaurants, spas, and other sights.

Room tip: Views of the golf course are quieter room, but cost $20 buck a night more.

I was expecting more from this hotel from it's rating and price.

The rooms are tired and in need of refurbishment.

The area around the pools was not very clean and clearly not cleaned daily. The music was constant and much too loud, and no one was willing to turn it down as it was set by management.

Some of the staff were great but management unthoughtful and rude.

We had a pleasant time at the resort, it had exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the adults pool area, pool view from our room is great. Great view of the golf course and palm trees. July weather is a bit too warm for out door activity.

check in late because we know room would not be ready until after 4pm at this hotel. Stayed here based on balance of room quality and cost effectiveness. We call this the total resource cost test. We believe the benefits outweighed the cost for the experience, but not by much. Our preference is Ritz, but that was a much higher cost on 4th weekend. Stayed at this hotel twice on July holiday and it is crazy. Too many low class customers that bring beer and own food and trance around hotel like they own it. We do not like this place on holiday because it is all kids and not what we spect from a "Regency". They do not try hard enough to this a world a class hotel and it is like they gave up. Would have preferred higher price and more quality experience, but this hotel defaults every year to lower class for July 4th weekend. This holiday is more a Hyatt relationship with money, than a good customer experience.
