Another good double double from I&O. This is a great stop between LA and the Bay Area....lots of parking, very clean, and as always, friendly and helpful staff.

Good food, but line was really long (out the door), and then another long wait for the food after you've ordered. Not sure if this is even considered "fast" food anymore.
Seating is limited due to the volume of patrons; since indoor seating is limited, would help to install more outdoor seating with cover.
Plenty of bathroom stalls in the women's restroom ... a plus!

So many people like hamburgers and In-N-Out in particular that building this eatery at this location has to be extremely lucrative to the privately-owned corporation. You never know when you arrive if a bus has just dropped a load of people off or you just might get lucky and have a relatively quick in and out at this In-N-Out. I noticed that they now ban the busses from their parking lot freeing the lot up for passenger cars, SUVs and vans. The busses now have to park on the street and what happens then is the short street to enter and exit is much narrower making one pause while wondering if cars can pass by each other whilst running this gantlet of parked busses. Food-wise, it meets the system-wide standard so we have no qualms with the food. Timing-wise this In-N-Out will work well depending on your travel plans.

Am a fan of In and Out Burger, and have never been to one that didn't have a moderate wait, but this was ridiculous. Got there around noon (mistake 1?) and the line was nearly out the door. Long line for the men's room too. Alas, too tired to have a plan B after over 3 hours drive from the Bay Area so stuck with it. To be fair, with that many people, they are very efficient, yet it was still a long wait, at least 15-20 minutes from getting in line to picking up the food. Definitely NOT "fast food", but we did manage to get a table within 10 minutes. This is the 2nd busiest In and Out I have been to. There is a really busy one about half way to Las Vegas from LA. Anyway, have to rethink the situation. Might be better to get there by 11 in the future, but being off Highway 5, it might not help, especially on a weekend.

We stopped here for lunch on our way to Redding. The line was out the door. The place was so crowded, it was like a bunch of sardines crowded in a small room. However with all this business, the service was still very good and the line that was out the door went pretty fast. Food wasn't quite as good as we have had at other locations but I can't put my finger on why. I suggest more umbrella's for outdoor tables. It was a 106 and there were several table outside in the glaring sun.
