This McDonald's, like many McD's , is franchised, but this one is rather interesting. I’ve travelled several times through the 138 Hwy. and stopped at this place, and there isn’t a great experience at this place. This location is on an extremely used highway, and the very few stops within several great miles. As this McDonald’s does only seem to have its charm of its golden arches, this restaurant has a lot of visitors. The restrooms are constantly dirty from the high volume of customers (there’s usually never a slow moment), so be prepare for a que if needing to use their facilities.
On the other hand, their management tends to seem to be overwhelmed, and understaffed. The employees tend to have a smile on their face, but need more hands to cover the high pace environment, with the high volume of consumers. Hiring a few more employees would perhaps be beneficial to this place.
