“Best tour ever !!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 February 2012

We only had two days in LA and decided to spend one day going around LA - the reviews from others on this site helped us narrow down on RastaBus........ man, I am gald we did it. They picked us up from the hotel around 8:15 am and then had a few more pickups and finally went to the Santa Monica Pier location where the rest of the tourists were waiting. I was surprised to see that this was not a 14 seat van, but a 25 seater, but it was still fun - the more the merrier. We had some really cool people on the bus (The Three Musketeers in the last row) who made the trip enjoyable. We stopped at all the important places in LA and for anyone who only has a day, there is no better way to see the city. The tour staretd around 10 am and ended by 5 pm, and we had a long bus ride back to our hotel, but it was worth it - we did not have to go through the hassle of driving or the exorbitant parking fees in LA or the additional burden of deciding where to go and what to do - these guys do it for you in the best way possible.....

Now to our guide Aaron - he is one of the friendliest and funniest guides I have come across (and has a very charming smile!!). He had a lot of knowledge (or atleast sounded convincing, lol), and made sure everyone had their questions answered and were well taken care of. He was more like a friend than a guide, and that made the trip even more awesome. I dont know if there are other guides with this company, but I doubt if anyone could be better than Aaron.

Do yourselves a favor the next time you are in LA, take this tour, and ask for Aaron !!

This is a long day but there are lots of opportunities to get out and walk. It is worth it just to not have to worry about parking.

“The best sight-seeing tour in L.A!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 20 February 2012

The Rasta Bus was recommened to us by friends we had met in Santa Monica. We decided to take the tour and it was really good fun and value for money, being a backpacker i'm always looking for a bargain! We got to see all the things we wanted to in one day! This was definitely the best way to get around as the local buses and trains arent that great. I can't wait to get back to Santa Monica again, i had the best time there. :)

“What a fun day!!”

Our guide was very warm and friendly, extremely knowledgeable and full of interesting stories. Suggested this to my my 22 year-old daughter by sending her the Web link. She said yeah and we're really glad we did it. This is a upstart outfit run by young folks who aim to be the best. They are well on their way IMO. Haven't done an other tours in LA but can't see how any of them would be any better. The guide made us feel like we were college buddies that got together - very welcoming. The lunch stop is at the Farmer's Market - not the kind you'd think, it was an under-roof place with dozens of awesome places to eat. And did I mention this is a great value relative to the other tour companies? Choose this tour; you won't be disappointed.

“Great Value Flexible Tour”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 18 February 2012

We had one day to fill in LA and this tour was perfect for us. We got to see all the must sees in LA before we had to fly out that evening. Highlight was the Farmers Markets where there was a great selection of food and we found a great coffee place!
Our host, Aaron was really laid back and we appreciated all the extra tips on what was and wasn't worth seeing. Aaron also made our day by returning our cell phone to the airport (!!) after we accidently left it behind on the Rasta Bus. We had happened to mention who we were flying with on the bus during the tour and he made sure the phone was left at the check in counter of our airline, unbelievable service!!
