We were walking around the Farmers Market looking for somewhere to have brunch, loads of choice but this one attracted us more than others. We had a fantastic brunch, Eggs Florentine while my husband had Croque Madame with fruit. Both were excellent.
After a day sightseeing we decided to come back here for dinner that evening and were seated almost immediately on a busy Saturday evening.
We shared the Cheese Fondue which was delicious. We have had cheese fondue in France and Switzerland, where it originates and this one was just as good as any we have had anywhere else. The bread was plentiful and more can be ordered if required.
As a vegetarian we ordered a side salad to go with it and that was a perfect size and fresh and crisp as well. We ended the meal with Panna Cotta, offered to us on the house as they recognised we had already been there once that day and come back again.
I ate most of it even though it wouldn't have been my first choice due to gelatine in it, but it was delicious.
All in all we had a lovely meal both times in a really nice atmosphere. Half inside and half outside seating but still undercover.
Wonderful experience!!

We went there on a French friend's suggestion and we are happy we did. We had the soupe a l'oignon, the escargots, the foie gras, the fondue w/charcuterie, the coq au vin, the scallops, cappuccinos and pana cottas. Everything was very good and tasty. Being Belgians we sometimes miss this kind of food so we're to know about this place.
Our waitress was super nice, we liked the atmosphere at the market.

Sub-par food, and not cheap. We just stopped in for some wine and appetizers while shopping at the Grove, (we're vegetarians): the grilled artichoke shouldn't have been served, it tasted like shoe leather, the fries, cold, sent them back, the side of vegetables really terrible, like they were from a jar or something. The wine was okay, but so what at that point...Our tab was $50. Will never go back.

Went to the location in Santa Monica for some after-dinner/after-shopping wine and cheese. It was simply amazing! The cheese selection and wine selection are both superb. This is a must if you are in Santa Monica!

My husband and I went to the Farmer's Market this past Saturday night during the busiest time (just before Christmas) and were seated right away at the counter. We shared the Fondue Marcel which comes with pieces of white bread for $25. You can add fruit and other things for dipping for $3.50. Instead we opted to order a Charcuterie Francaise plate (pate, ham, salami) for another $13 or so (I forget exact price). Everything was SO delicious. Definitely more expensive for what you expect from the Farmer's Market but it was soooo worth it. Has an extensive wine menu (no beer). Service was great and we had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend it. It is outdoors (as everything is at Farmer's Market) but had heat lamps.
