Cheng Du does not look fancy on the outside. It is a pretty plain looking place. The food inside is amazing.

If you like hot, oh you will get it here. You can order it with less spice if you want. It is Szechuan and no MSG, so no headache.

The service is great. The servers are super friendly and know the menu well. The menu is not huge, but everything on it is great.

Try any of the chicken dishes. You will love it.

Very authentic Sichuan (a province in China known for spicy food) food. Order 钵钵鸡、藤椒鱼、蒜炒A菜、红油抄手. The spicy taste can be neutralized by rice if you're concerned about the dishes being too spicy. Restroom is clean.

This restaurant was an easy walk from our hotel & pleasant delicious find. Quiet, seat your self kind of place. Upon sitting down we were given a pot of hot green tea, crispy noodles & sweet/sour sauce for dipping while we reviewed the menu. The food came out in a timely manner, hot & fresh... large portions fyi. I ordered Mongolian beef, it was tender cooked in a delicious "special sauce." Would go here again for sure, pricing was not outrageous either.

I've been a patron for many, many years. Love their tasty food without the use of deadly MSG. The place is not exactly charming but it smells good, meaning the aroma of the freshly cooked food is mouth watering. The service is pretty fast too. Favorite dishes: hot and sour soup, almond chicken, spicy eggplant and veggie mushu.
The only problem I have is with their delivered food. Sometimes it's not as fresh as when you're there. And I don't mean straight from the kitchen fresh, I mean it just isn't even the same day fresh... Highly recommend going there though!

Really excellent food, and a very wide variety of choice. There is a good range of both spicy and non-spicy. The food comes quickly. The tea is really not that good compared to other Chinese restaurants in my experience. I recommend ordering lots of food and taking the extra home for successful microwaving! Street parking is relatively easy and they also have a small lot of their own.
