This dive is tucked in the corner of a strip mall but has been found by a lot of people. I generally find the item I really like in a restaurant and stick with it. In this case, it is the breakfast burrito. This thing has eggs, sausage, bacon, ham, hash browns, cheese, and a slight bit of sauce wrapped in a very large tortilla. From a side cold table, you can add pickled jalapeños, radishes, carrots, pica de gallo, limes, a very good green sauce, an excellent red sauce, and an outstanding habanera sauce. The habanera sauce is the same color as a raw habaneras and is not for the faint hearted. The red sauce also has a nice little kick. I like the green sauce on ice cream. My personal favorite is three parts habanera sauce and one part red sauce. Just spoon it on as you go as this is a dry burrito to be eaten from hand. There is also a larger version of the breakfast burrito but you need to be very hungry to get that one. There are many other items available and all seem very good. The healthy burrito has good ingredients but tends to be too wet to hold up as a burrito. Available are bottomless fountain drinks, Mexican fountain drinks, and the very tall Mexican bottled drinks. The high school is just down the street so Amigo's get crowed around three pm. Try to avoid days with major Mexican or international soccer games because you probably cannot get in the door anytime around lunch. Find what you like a stick with it. This is not the pinnacle of Mexican food but the breakfast burritos really good.
